Fruit/Mango Ripening Chamber
The Fruit/Mango Ripening Chamber is a modern solution for achieving
safe, uniform and controlled ripening of fruits such as mangoes, bananas,
papayas and avocados. Designed to replace harmful chemicals like
calcium carbide, it uses natural ethylene gas in precise concentrations to
initiate and regulate the ripening process.
The chamber is equipped with advanced temperature, humidity and gas
control systems, ensuring consistent colour, taste and aroma in every
batch. Its insulated structure minimizes energy loss and maintains stable
conditions throughout the process. A fully automated control panel allows
operators to set and monitor ripening parameters for different fruits and
seasons. Uniform airflow inside the chamber ensures that all fruits ripen
evenly, without over ripening or spoilage. The chamber is available in
different capacities, from small scale farm operations to large industrial
pack houses. Stainless steel or food grade construction ensures hygiene
and long service life. Easy to clean surfaces help maintain food safety
