SS Horizontal Retort
The Horizontal Retort Food Processing Machine is used for Sterilization of products in closed heat-resistant packing materials such as cans, glass bottles, PP bottles or Retortable Pouches.
MS Vertical Retort / Canning Retort
This vertical type retort mainly used to retorting pulp cans. It applies heat and pressure to kill microorganisms and enzymes that cause spoilage, ensuring the safety and longevity of the food. These retorts are complete with pressure gauge, metal clad thermometer, safety valves and release valves.
Retort machinery is the ideal solution for extending the shelf life of packaged food products. By subjecting sealed packages to high temperature steam and pressure, the retort process effectively eliminates harmful bacteria, enzymes and pathogens ensuring a safer, longer lasting product without the need for preservatives or refrigeration.
A retort is a specialized sterilization system designed to process packaged foods such as cans or retort pouches after sealing. The process ensures the food remains shelf stable while retaining flavour, freshness and nutritional value.
Retort pouches are a modern packaging solution for ready to eat meals, soups, sauces, beverages and pet foods. Made from heat resistant, multilayer materials, these pouches are engineered to endure the high temperatures of the retort process without compromising product quality.
Our retort systems are designed to sterilize filled and sealed cans or pouches efficiently and safely. Featuring a vertical cylindrical design, they ensure uniform heat distribution and consistent sterilization results.
These machines are widely used in food processing industries to meet safety standards and prolong product shelf life, making them an essential part of any commercial sterilization line.
